Sometimes the circumstances of life hit you out of nowhere. Other times, long standing issues surface and begin to affect everyday life. No matter where you find yourself, no matter what season you are in, no matter what issues arise; perhaps what you need is a safe, non-judgmental place to share life’s challenges along with a trained listening ear that can you help navigate those difficult places.
Jessica has experience in grief counseling as well as anxiety, depression, trauma, family, and relationship issues. She works with individuals, couples and families in various stages of their life journey. Jessica views the individual as a part of the system(s) in which they live, and therefore, develops treatments with that in mind.
Spiritual Statement: My personal relationship with Jesus, the expert guidance of the Holy Spirit, and the training I have received are the key components to my approach in counseling. I firmly believe God has called me to this profession and it is in Him I seek counsel: “I bless the Lord who gives me counsel; in the night also my heart instructs me. I have set the Lord always before me; because He is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken.” Psalm 16:7-8
